The location was good and the front‑office staff were friendly, but the property owner, MARLON HADAP, was unreliable. He knew we were checking in on 26 Dec but didn’t send us proper documentation. We couldn’t find his cleaners, and after persistent calling—when Marlon wasn’t answering calls or texts—help came from the reception girls who knew who he was. When we tried to file a refund, we couldn’t get a room without Marlon’s approval. He finally answered a call, apologized for being out of range while on the road, and we were given a room after a 4‑hour wait. The only bright spot was Maricel, who was genuinely helpful with everything we needed, but the owner showed no organization and misrepresented the property; the advertised pool and private parking were actually not included. There was no trash can, no toiletries, not even tissue paper, and the outlet was dead. This was the worst booking I’ve ever had.

The location was convenient, but the WiFi stayed down for the entire stay despite us telling both the staff and the owner several times; the issue was never resolved, which was frustrating because we needed internet for work and the staff showed little concern for our needs. The owner was inconsiderate, though the housekeeper tried her best to help, and the TV was useless. Overall, not a good place to stay—avoid it if you need reliable WiFi or basic guest support.
