The service across all areas was very friendly, the breakfast was diverse, good, and locally themed, and luggage could be stored until the room was ready; the view from the restaurant on the 5th floor was great, but the dinner menu was thin and pricey compared to breakfast, and the automatic doors and key cards didn’t always work well.

I can't think of a better hotel in Iraklio; even though it’s close to the airport runway, the room stayed quiet with a harbor view, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was central; the breakfast was sensational and everything was wonderful, with no complaints at all.
