The stay was pretty good, I had a nice veg breakfast that was served nicely. Not much to complain about, everything I needed was there for a short stay.

The hotel's proximity to the train station was super convenient, and the buffet breakfast was a nice touch. However, our room was a letdown - the bathroom smelled like a public toilet and wasn't clean, and we even spotted a rat near the breakfast area on the fourth floor, which made us wonder if it was living there. The sheets had stains and we weren't convinced they were properly cleaned, plus the pillows needed washing or replacing.

The location's great and the staff are super helpful, but I was a bit let down by the room. The bedding was in a rough condition and it wasn't that clean. Also, the dustbin outside my room wasn't emptied until the next day, even though I asked them to do it.

I had a great first impression with a nice room and friendly staff. The location's really convenient, close to Lucknow Jn. Only downside was the beds were way too soft for my liking.

This hotel's a good find - friendly staff, comfy bed, and great wifi. It's a 12-minute walk from the railway station and just a short stroll from a liquor store. The auto rides are super cheap too, only 150-200 rupees. That said, the area's a bit run down and people tend to shout in the corridors, which can be annoying.
