There was no breakfast. We liked the 'glamping' site across the street that is linked to the Inn. The setting and cooking facilities were elegant and practical. The host supplied fine glassware and essential kitchen items. There was a small shared fridge and a portable oven for guests. The glamping site’s surroundings are absolutely gorgeous; we spent time sitting by the fjord to soak up the atmosphere. I enjoyed interacting with the hosts. Olav was very responsive on the phone and in person. My interactions with the hosts were culturally enriching and memorable. The fridge we expected was shared and located across the street. The stairs up to our room in the Inn were narrow and winding, not a good choice for seniors. The host was very gracious—he carried my bag to and from the car and up the stairs. The room was a bit small. The bathroom has a slanted toilet, which makes it hard for men to use.

The place is spectacular, a unique spot with fjord views, super clean rooms, very comfortable beds, and the owner’s service was charming—definitely coming back. Nothing to complain about.

This is a stunning property that’s been in the family for generations. The whole place was beautifully maintained, and our room was modern and spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were excellent. Olav was the perfect host. Nothing else to mention.

The kitchen and bathroom were kept clean, and the view from the tent was amazing! Unfortunately, our family arrived too late to fully enjoy it, which was disappointing. The road right next to the site makes a lot of car noise, so sensitive sleepers might find it disturbing at night.
