The hotel is well‑invested, full of pools and spa facilities, and its location is excellent—close to the village and surrounded by amazing mountains. The food is varied, though everything is mixed together; they listen to requests and, if asked for separation, they try to do it immediately. The hotel’s setting exudes calm and tranquility. To get full value, make sure to use all the facilities; if you travel a lot and spend less time in pools and spa, two or three days may suffice. The shuttle bus service is perfect. The bed was uncomfortable for sleeping; unfortunately I couldn’t sleep well, but I didn’t raise the issue with reception. Cleaning services were slow, and sometimes cleaning was scheduled in the afternoon.

The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the mountain views are amazing. The inclusive half board is sensational, and the buffet breakfast and dinner are the best we’ve ever had. I can’t wait to return for more time to enjoy the amazing spa features!
