The property is quiet at night, so you can relax since it’s near Station 1 and away from the bar; it’s also close to the beach front and DMall. The staff are friendly and accommodating, though the Wi‑Fi needs improvement, the air‑conditioner could cool better for the size of the Family Standard Room (with electric fan provided), and some foam mattresses are already sagging.

I stayed close to the beach, but the hotel sits on the quieter side of Station Road. The room lacked a proper work chair; the one supplied had no backrest, making it very uncomfortable. Wi‑Fi was decent, yet it didn’t support work that required calls or heavy file transfers.

The location is right by the beach, but the Wi‑Fi is painfully slow. If you plan to work while in Boracay, avoid booking this place.
