The location was great, yet there was no parking and the air conditioning was poor.
The hotel’s central location was a plus, but the noise from other rooms was a downside.
The hotel sits right in the heart of the city, just a block from the plaza and a shopping mall within walking distance, and I never felt unsafe with my family even though it’s downtown; Pereira is a charming city, highly recommended. Everything else was fine.
The location and terrace were great, but we had no paper towels or clean towels, and the room wasn’t clean.
