The reception was incredibly warm! The hostess was very chatty and kind, it was a pleasure chatting with her, and she made time for us.
“Praegu ajab üheks ööks asja ära küll.”
The parking and location were fine, and breakfast was decent. The room could have had a table; the glass on the mirror table was missing. There wasn’t enough space for a coffee station, which would have been very welcome. Dust on the windows can be removed with a vacuum before guests arrive! The whole building needs serious renovation both inside and out, and then it would be a great place.
“Super!”
A very nice spot to stay in a truly authentic manor. The house screams for ‘love’, but that should improve over time with the current owners (hope so). We stayed in the ‘Blauwe kamer’. What an experience! Only… the ‘teletijdscabine’ (shower) didn’t really fit in the overall vibe. Simplicity and quality seem to add more value than showers that look like ‘teletijdscabines’. Breakfast is ‘royal’. A whole activity in itself, on the veranda! In short: for anyone wanting to visit Viljandi or Tartu, this is the perfect base.

A beautiful house and two very friendly hosts. A real hidden gem 😊
