The staff were kind, polite and efficient; when we ran into a flight‑delay issue for the volcano trip they went above and beyond to sort it out. The street‑side room isn’t ideal for kids or the elderly because the bed is on a loft, but the clever solution works if you give it a little extra attention.

The room was very clean and well‑maintained, located in an ideal spot with a smooth check‑in and check‑out. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and offered interesting city tips. There was water available and you could make coffee in the room.
