We booked a junior suite, and the room was spacious with a fantastic view. However, room service lagged behind—staff hesitated even to hand us water bottles—and the buffet breakfast fell short in both taste and service, especially given the high price.

I was impressed by the friendly staff and the hotel's perfect location, but my stay was marred by the freezing temperatures when we arrived, which made it puzzling that the hotel didn't have a heating system despite being in a hill station. We had to pay extra for a heater, which wasn't ideal. The breakfast options were also limited, and considering the prices, I didn't feel like we got the best value for our money.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its excellent location, but unfortunately, everything else fell short of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was underwhelmed by the hotel's overall quality and service, which didn't quite live up to the mark.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a huge letdown. The pictures didn't match the reality, and the whole corridor reeked of a bad smell. To make matters worse, the hotel's services came at an exorbitant price, leaving me feeling extremely disappointed and overcharged.
