The location is good. It’s a bit away from the center, but the old part is great and interesting to see a neighborhood like that. Clean, and the sheets were of good quality. The bed, though old, was comfortable. The lock didn’t work well, the faucet handle was broken, and it was very noisy. It wasn’t well insulated.

Only the location was fine. We booked two twin rooms and one single room on the ground floor. It wasn’t expensive, but you can find much better accommodation at the same price in Tbilisi. All bathrooms were very dirty, and the staff were not friendly. Another issue is that there is no hotel name outside, and the address shown in your booking is confusing, so even taxi drivers can’t find the place easily. The business has several names. We booked at Vine House while I was getting information from Grane House. All in all, I do not recommend this place.

We booked the hotel for one day and confirmed the reservation. While traveling from another country to the hotel, we received an email asking us to confirm whether we would definitely be there. We couldn’t see the message because we had no connection while traveling. As soon as we got a SIM card, we tried to call the number in the contacts but couldn’t because the line was disconnected. The email replied that we would definitely be there, but I was told there were no free rooms left. We were greatly let down. A family of five searched all over the city for a place to stay.
