Elegant rooms are soundproofed, air-conditioned, and equipped with LCD TVs, minibars, and private bathrooms. The hotel offers a fitness centre, Turkish and international cuisine, and a coffee shop with cakes and coffee.

The location and staff were good, but it wasn’t as advertised.

We booked the Presidential Suite with a king‑size bed for the two of us and a Superior Room for the other three guests; the Superior Room was quite small for three people, so an extra third bed was added, leaving very little space to move around, but since the two rooms were connected, that wasn’t really an issue for us. We spent most of our time together in the spacious Presidential Suite and mainly used the smaller room for sleeping. We stayed for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming; they responded to all of our requests politely and patiently, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was served buffet‑style and offered a good selection. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the service and accommodation. The only issue we experienced was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and corridors, especially during the mornings and afternoons, on the 8th floor; we didn’t complain about it during our stay, but it was quite noticeable and unpleasant.

The central location is very convenient. The rooms are nice and well equipped. The entire service was too slow for me; we waited 35 minutes for coffee and water at the half‑empty hotel café. At breakfast we had to order an omelette several times until something was available. In the spa I would have liked free water, but that is less of a problem now because you could buy it.

The location was good, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was decent, and the pool was convenient. Unfortunately, the pool staff were uncooperative and some of them were rude.
