The Superior Double Room at MAXX Hotel Sanssouci Potsdam features a spacious layout, a highly comfortable queen bed, and a private soundproofed bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a bottle of mineral water.
The beds were very comfortable, and since we had a garden view, it was quiet and cozy. There was also a capsule coffee machine with free capsules, and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the filtered coffee tasted nothing at all and was too thin, and there was another machine we couldn’t figure out how it worked.
The breakfast was mediocre, the bread was bland, and the powdered egg mix was awful.

Breakfast was very good in a modern setting, with the option to sit outside. The staff were very friendly. The location is unbeatable for the Luisenplatz, the city center, and the park. The reception was already on the verge of being unfriendly, and the parking garage is very tight, making the overall parking situation poor.
