Ivy was extremely friendly and helpful. The TV couldn’t be connected.

The room was clean and comfortable. On the second night we barely slept because some guests kept making noise all night until 4 am, shouting at each other and playing with the gate, which frightened my children.

The location and room space were good. I didn’t like that the place ran out of warm water; I’d mentioned I was there for leisure, so some of us didn’t need to wake up at 6–7 am for a bath. At 9 am the water was cold, and I had to wait 30–45 min for it to warm up again.
