A charming little boutique hotel with excellent staff and doctors. Maintenance should be a priority; don’t get me wrong, the rooms are nice and clean, but the wear of time shows in many places.

The sweet scent of the building, the pleasant staff—from the guards to the housekeeping, dining hall crew, and front desk ladies, plus the masseuse—were all commendable. The tissue holder was inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and comfortable with Netflix, a bath, and a good shower. It’s in a good spot for restaurants, a few bars with live music, and shopping. The free foot massage was brilliant. Breakfast was okay but had limited choices. I had to pay the hotel to iron two shirts I needed the next day; I asked for an iron to do them myself, which would have taken me 5 minutes. Instead, they weren’t available when I left in the morning and I had to pay. Coffee was only instant, not pod or drip coffee, although there were plenty of cafés nearby.

They offered a welcome free spa. However, they had already charged the card, and during check‑in the staff also asked for payment. Awaiting a refund from booking.
