The staff, except for the reception and management, were fine. When I got to the room, it was completely flooded because the air conditioner was broken. On the last day I couldn’t even leave the hotel because my evening flight was already checked out—felt like a prison.

Everything from the food was gathered with care and it was spot‑on; the hotel’s organization and vibe felt like a calm breeze, and the view was simply stunning. The only downside was that the Shopping Square could use a bit of a facelift.

The hotel offered every amenity you could ask for, and the quality of the food and drinks was excellent. The staff were consistently helpful, especially the people in customer relations who kept checking in and offered suggestions for even the smallest issues; they also made late check‑out a breeze. I’ll definitely book here again next year. Thanks for everything.
