The stay was absolutely amazing, with excellent facilities, exceptional customer service, a gorgeous location, magical river access, and a super relaxing outdoor massage; nothing was lacking, everything was fantastic.

We had a pleasant stay and it was hard to leave; everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel out of place, the breakfast was very good with a special mention for the ylang‑ylang tea, and the dinner offered a view of the jungle, nature, and toucans; the rooms were clean, and after a plumbing issue we were upgraded; we also enjoyed a massage while it rained and heard the birds, which was very pleasant; all staff were attentive, especially since we were a small group at a newly opened place, and everything needed was available, located near Fortuna waterfalls with parking, a nice pool, and a hot tub—thanks to the whole team for this fabulous stay.

Everything was perfect: the setting, the walk down to the river, swimming in the river, the view from the dining room where we spotted toucans at breakfast, genuinely friendly and helpful staff, the best coffee, nice dinners, and lighting up the fire pit after a swim in the river—all of it. It was hard to leave because we were so spoiled.
