The room was quiet, the bathroom clean, and the bed comfy. It was a very secluded stay, perfect if that’s what you’re after. The property itself is beautiful with lovely sunset views. The arrival process was odd; there was no communication through Booking, the front desk of the large building was unmanned, and the host didn’t answer phone calls. I eventually found instructions on how to access the property in my WhatsApp spam from an unknown number. The host was a bit more responsive via text, but we never met them in person. The key to our door was a bit tricky to use. Wi‑Fi didn’t work. There were no common areas (lounge, game room) as listed on Booking, no spa as described, and no hangers to hang clothes. The whole place felt deserted, and we didn’t see another person until breakfast, which lacked local agricultural products that we expected from a farm‑stay and the photos on Booking. The eggs were cold, and the rest of the spread looked and tasted like leftovers. I couldn’t say we felt very welcome by the host(s).

The quiet, secluded setting away from Colico in the middle of nature. The breakfast was very good. The entire night the farm was burning. Otherwise everything was fine.

Quiet. Not suitable for train tourists.

The structure is nice and comfortable. If I could give advice, if you don’t want to use air conditioning, at least install mosquito nets on the windows so people can breathe.
