The staff here are absolutely lovely, they were so friendly and helpful

A fantastic hotel that really gives you a one-of-a-kind vibe.
The rooms are spacious and look nice.

The location is pleasant—quiet side of town yet still close enough to the city centre by car. The Sable room sits on the same floor as the reception and boardroom, so you can hear foot traffic and conversations, which isn’t ideal for a light sleeper.
“Will not be returning back”
Location. Bed and breakfast was limited to few options and the majority of items were available for a payment uplift for example we ordered 2 cappuccino and had to pay an additional cost . Check in staff were not professional and kept saying that the queen room we booked was not available however there was an executive suite available for an extra cost I showed them my booking confirmation and price on booking and they kept saying that booking was not available eventually after that merry go round they found us a room that we had reserved and got us checked in I suspected they wanted to get a sale out of us as it was late in the night and they thought that we could just say yes and hand them some more cash because it was late and we couldn’t get another room elsewhere. My stance was we have a confirmation at an agreed price and there was no way we would then be told to pay extra . The breakfast was poor dinner was terrible we ordered a meat platter that had beef done to perfection but the pork and chicken was undercooked room was not thoroughly cleaned as guest left some rubbish in one of the side bed drawers shower drainage is slow possibly clogged and floods while showering
