The property changed managers and my payment went to the old management. I had to pay for the room again on the spot at a higher price, and I never received a refund from the old management. This listing should be blocked and the host must take responsibility for these false listings. Don’t book this place; it’s a waste of money!

Nothing positive. The hotel is closed and won’t refund anything! I can’t understand why Booking keeps this listing open. Absolutely do not book; it’s a scam.

We booked this hotel and arrived by taxi to the address listed, only to find that the hotel didn’t exist – the taxi driver and two local hotels didn’t know what or where it was. They even said the booking was only for 6 hrs, even though my reservation said I had an overnight stay. I requested a refund, but none has been received yet. Not impressed.

I booked two nights and paid for two nights, but when I got there the staff told me I’d only booked 6 hrs for two nights. I was shocked, especially since I was flying from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta and was exhausted, needing a place to rest. The room was basic, with no hot water in the bathroom, and the washing basin was broken so I couldn’t get water to wash my face or brush my teeth. The hotel itself is bad, and the area in front of it is full of smoke, so you can’t get fresh air.
