The location is unbeatable, but the mattress was far too soft and uncomfortable, so a replacement is needed.

The hostel’s location is perfect, right near the port and the main attractions.

The view was nice, but the staff came off as a bit rude, and the location was a bit out of San Francisco downtown—good for tourist spots but not ideal. The activities felt dull, and it definitely wasn't a social hostel.
