Free Wi‑Fi, a sun terrace, shared kitchen, lounge and outdoor seating enhance comfort. Located five minutes from Lido Da Angelo Beach and 1 km from the train station, it provides yoga, cycling, ski storage, bike and car hire, plus a paid airport shuttle.

The place is close to the main promenade and easy to reach Taormina. The staff were pleasant. However, the property clearly needs a refresh and cleaning. The photos look very old and don’t match what I found on arrival. The bathroom was dirty, the shower seemed moldy or had black fungus. The soap dispensers were awful, and the cost to replace them is low. The air‑conditioning was so loud that it was hard to rest. I suspect the owner isn’t caring for the place, even though it’s easy money in Giardini Naxos. The price is insanely high, the kitchen is ugly, and the terrace is neglected. Spider webs hung from the ceiling. Thankfully we stayed here for a short time and used it only as a base for Taormina.

The location and balcony view were definitely a highlight. The shared areas could have been cleaner.

The place was stunning and nice. The host was kind and attentive. She upgraded us to the sea‑view room (The Lighthouse), turning our stay into a 10/10. The beach is just a few steps away and is a super nice beach. The sunrise sea view is unforgettable. Unfortunately, there are no supermarkets nearby that stay open late, and everything closes on Sunday.
