We couldn’t stay because the rooms weren’t suitable for my mother, who has limited mobility and uses a cane; from the moment we arrived, no one helped with our luggage or even pointed out a ramp, so I had to carry our bags up the stairs after a recent surgery. We were told our room was in another building and would require a long walk with multiple ramps, which my mother couldn’t manage; again, no assistance or suggestion for a more accessible option was offered. When we explained we couldn’t stay due to accessibility, staff seemed unconcerned and simply said other rooms were booked. While a hotel can’t always control availability, accessibility and customer service go beyond just having a ramp. At least staff should acknowledge a guest’s mobility limits, help with luggage, and try to find a reasonable accommodation. We left disappointed because we had expected to stay but had to find elsewhere because my mother couldn’t safely reach the assigned room. Guests with mobility issues should be aware of distances between rooms or buildings and the level of assistance they can expect before booking.

The location and sea view were great, and the staff were friendly. I can't think of anything else to mention.

The pancakes were far too thick and the breakfast potatoes weren’t cooked. The room view and cleanliness were disappointing.

The view from my room's balcony was truly wonderful, and the furniture was in good condition, making it perfect for enjoying the sunset. However, I was a bit disappointed to see that the balcony and furniture could have used a good cleaning.
