“Loved staying at the historic Weyanoke in charming Farmville!”

The place sits nicely between downtown Farmville and Longwood University, is clean, quiet, modern, and the rooms are large in a historic building; I just wish breakfast had been included in our rate.

The room was fresh and clean. The bar next door to the hotel was extremely loud with dance music and DJ’s. Couldn’t fall asleep until they stopped at 130am. Also the soaps in the shower were low and needed the front desk to bring refills

“Authentic and Historical Comfort”

The staff were amazing—every person I met went above and beyond, answering questions and ensuring a great stay; the room was very clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the character and charm of the older building, though if you’re after a modern, box‑cutter hotel this isn’t it; the only downside was the split air conditioner, which kept the room cool but didn’t feel like central air, and the rainy weekend may have helped explain that.

“Favorite boutique hotel in Farmville”

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s my favorite hotel in Farmville; it’s right off Main Street, easy to walk to several spots, and a short drive from most others; the hotel is always clean and every employee is kind and helpful, though there were only two wheelchair‑accessible spots at the back door and the rest were electric‑charging stations.

“Relaxing stay. I would have cotton blankets available for people allergic to polyester.”

The historic building and its charm were lovely, and even the breakfast room looked beautiful and relaxed, but the room needs many repairs—chipped paint, broken tile, and so on.
