“A lovely country stay”
The property was beautiful with lovely gardens and views, and the cottage we stayed in was comfortable and suited us perfectly.
“Thoughtful and comfortable short stay”
The cottage was well appointed and comfortable, we enjoyed the little garden and the views, and the continental breakfast was of great quality, but the bathroom needs an extractor fan or a window that can open.
The stay was flawless from the moment I arrived; the apartment was immaculately clean and surprisingly spacious, giving plenty of room to unwind. The surrounding gardens were gorgeous, creating a calm backdrop throughout my visit. Each morning began with a tasty breakfast, but the real highlight was the outstanding hospitality from the host, Bryan, who welcomed me warmly and even let me check in early after a long journey, which I truly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Bryan and Martin were very welcoming and broad‑minded, chatting about everything from apple trees to stars to clocks; we took two walks through their stunning, interesting garden; we slept in the Gate Lodge—a cozy house at the start of the driveway with its own garden, guaranteeing quiet and privacy; the breakfast was delicious, with high‑quality products stored in your fridge so you could eat whenever you wanted, and a Nespresso machine was provided. Tip: book a restaurant in advance.

Very quiet, but the washing system of the water was broken and not repaired after reporting; there was one mini‑flacon of shampoo and shower gel for two people for three days, all breakfast ingredients were already present for three days, and only one loaf of bread for the three days.
