The site looks stunning and the tents were incredibly comfortable.

The location was good and the bed was fine. We found four holes in the tent and it rained inside. The equipment was quite poor, with nothing to hang things on and no hair dryer—awkward for anyone arriving by plane. Even when we asked, no response came, and England was rather chilly. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned regularly, and I didn’t see anyone in the four days I stayed.

The spot is great and the tent setup was lovely, especially the activity tent that was a nice bonus. I also appreciated the free ticket to crazy golf and the farm. The showers and toilets were new but needed cleaning—there was a lot of limescale on the shower door and the bins were overflowing. I understand the campsite floor is hard to keep clean, but a quick wipe would help. The lamp in our room had no batteries, but the fairy lights lit it well and stayed on until 11 pm.

It’s our second visit and we still love it. The staff are friendly and the place feels cozy yet private, so we’ll definitely book again.
