The pool area is very nice and the location is good, but the shower needed updating because it kept running, and I was woken at 5 am by someone yelling—seems they rent to homeless or drug addicts who live there—and the blanket on the bed was dirty.

Nothing good to say; I stayed at this hotel ten years ago and there had been no maintenance since. The building is run down, with a coat of paint over deteriorating walls, handrails falling off, a microwave that wouldn’t shut off (I had to unplug it), burn holes in the bedspread, a section of the floor peeling up, and a filthy window to the walkway. I saw a drug deal in the parking lot. We didn’t stay, got a refund immediately, and went to a chain hotel. I’ll think twice before booking a Quality Inn now that I realize they’re franchises with no standards.

The room doors were heavy and hard to open; my wife could barely pull them open.

We found bed bugs in our room—three rooms in total, the other two were fine.

Leaving felt like a nightmare: the rooms were dirty, blood on the comforter, no TV in the suite, side mold, a smoky smell, filthy and dirty overall—getting catfished by online pictures of the hotel. If you want to feel like you're on an episode of 48 Hours, stay here.
