The place is in a great spot, the staff performed wonderfully, the included breakfast was fresh and tasty, the bar area was clean and welcoming, and the pool area was great too—I’ll definitely return for my next trip to Houston. Thanks for the outstanding hospitality! Cheers! The only downside was that I couldn’t stay longer.

Wow breakfast was AWESOME. We got food the night before and it was so spicy we couldn't enjoy their salsa. So we left and went to ihop. So having that delicious included burrito was top notch! Everyone was so great. The pool being closed to private parties would've upset me as a guest. Idk if yall inform people of that but when I book a hotel I look for a pool specifically. Mrs. Jean and I were chatting and she told me they close it for these things. So this did not happen to me, but if it did I'd have been disappointed if I had no warning before to rebook elsewhere

I was impressed by how nice the room looked and how comfortable the beds were, and the staff even texted me to see if I slept well or needed anything, which was unexpected and very nice; the Continental breakfast was adequate, though I wished for eggs, sausage, and a real waffle maker.

The hotel’s location was great, easy to get in and out of downtown and the airport; however, you must request a microwave or fridge because not all rooms have one, and breakfast was limited to small muffins and a few other items.

The breakfast was absolutely nothing—dry, hard waffles and a few muffins, nothing else, worthless; the air conditioner in the room was a noisy, loud machine that kept turning on like a car starting, ruining our sleep, and the overall vibe felt like faded glory, outdated and unlike the photos.
