There were no air conditioners, several stair ramps, and the bathroom was small.

It’s a 15‑minute walk from Foligno’s center and parking under the building is easy to find, but the room and bathrooms were dirty, there was a tiny fan for a double room, basically a survival struggle, and I don’t recommend it in summer; the photo shows only a small part of the grime.
