Location. No pool, no soap, no towels, no shampoos, and no one ever there to help you and rude

It was semi close to where I had to travel to. There was no room service but once a week and I was there for two weeks and never had any room service

Nothing. Didn’t end up staying. The front desk staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Stated they had a business to run and didn’t care that I paid for a reservation they sell rooms regardless and I can request a refund and wait 10-12 business days

The location. Close to family we were visiting. Everything else. Dirty, dirty room(s). Dried out dog poop under the bed. Phone in room did not work. Customer service was horrible. Room was switched (twice) but issues with cleanliness in the other two as well. DO NOT stay here
