The bathtub was nice, but the room was cold and the air‑conditioner didn’t work. The pool was closed without any notice in the offer, and it’s far from any points of interest, forcing you to take a bus, taxi, or walk a long way.

I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer a European breakfast.

The room had an old smell and the air felt stale. When I checked in, the front desk warned that breakfast would be crowded and suggested eating at 9:30, but even at that time I still had to wait more than 20 minutes and the service didn't start until 10:00, only to be told the restaurant would close in 20 minutes. On the holiday the hotel only warned guests about the crowd but didn't provide a concrete plan, there was no senior staff on site to resolve the issue, and the front desk staff were indifferent.
