Nothing good. I strongly recommend not to stay here; the hotel was frozen in the 70s‑80s, spartiate, I don’t understand the stars it’s given, the exterior is shabby, the sign is broken, at the reception I realized the hotel did not match the listing, it was noisy, located right on the main road.

The location and the breakfast were decent. It needs some love. The hallway rugs are very dirty, the room walls are well stained, the air‑conditioner needs to be replaced because the noise keeps you from sleeping. It looks like it’s been there for over 15 years. The smoke detector light over the bed also kept us from sleeping. The TV seems to be over 20 years old. The bed is uncomfortable. The room furniture is in bad condition.

The location is ideal, close to the Palio (10 min walk) and in a quiet street. Room 51 had a superb view of the Duomo and the rooftops.

The hotel is conveniently located, that’s its only plus. The rooms are very plain, we had a window with a view of a well. The breakfast is very limited in choice.
