Everything about the place was fine, but the spot itself left a lot to be desired – the neighbourhood was noisy, the rooms could have been cleaner, and the staff weren’t the friendliest. Still, the basics worked out okay.

The apartment sits right in the heart of Gyumri, which is super convenient, but remember it’s two bedrooms that share a single living‑room/kitchen. If you’re traveling with a buddy it works great; otherwise you might end up with a stranger in the same space, which isn’t a huge deal. The owner and his mother are incredibly helpful whenever you need anything.

The location and the host were both solid, but the building itself looked rundown and I wouldn’t want to return. The façade was pretty shabby, yet the flat inside was surprisingly comfortable and well‑appointed.

The room was spot‑on – clean, tidy and exactly what I needed. Everything else was fine, though there wasn’t much to complain about.

The apartments were clean and cozy, with a shared kitchen that made it easy to get meals sorted, and the location was convenient. The only hiccup was the towel situation – we only got one towel for two people because the others were being washed that morning.
