The place looks nice, the room is spacious and the shower works well, but the breakfast menu is a bit limited.

The setting was gorgeous and the vibe very peaceful, staff treated us wonderfully, though it’s a bit far from town; still, being right across from Lagoinha beach makes it worthwhile.

The front‑desk staff are truly exceptional, very polite and helpful, and the breakfast offers good quality choices; the elevator is perfect for a small child. However, the building feels old and needs renovation, the café staff are less attentive—my mother had to help with the sandwich maker while another employee was on her phone, and I had to get up to assist; Wi‑Fi is awful, so it’s not suitable for work, and the TV is outdated and almost unusable. The room and bathroom are dark, the bathroom lacks a window, and the exhaust fan noise is quite annoying. Overall, the stay was average: there are strong points but significant improvements are needed.
