The location was super convenient, close to Valletta and the bus station, yet still in a quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service due to a malfunction.

I could use the coffee machine, tea, and chilled water, plus the elevator was in a decent spot, not too close but acceptable. The room lacked a fridge, and there were some issues with the bathroom and maintenance—though they fixed it, all the towel hooks were misaligned and fell off after a short time.

“Camera impeccabile e ottima posizione”

We stayed at this place and overall it worked out fine. From the start the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, with a 24‑hour reception that proved very convenient. Whenever we needed directions, the team always explained things clearly. The room was the highlight: spotless and equipped with all the necessary comforts, including air‑conditioning, a mini‑fridge, and a iron. The bathroom, though not very large, was well organized and had everything needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was well sound‑proofed. Cleaning was impeccable, and towels were changed daily. The location was great too—situated in a calm area, well served by public transport, and about 5 minutes from the main street of Valletta. Our room even had a balcony overlooking the main road. The only downside was that the bathrobes weren’t changed during our stay, unlike the towels. Also, the hot water was fed by a boiler that ran out quickly. Finally, the advertised relaxation amenities didn’t live up to expectations: the terrace jacuzzi was inaccessible, and the pool below the rooms was tiny, carved into a rock cavity, and not very pleasant, so it didn’t entice us to spend time there. The presentation of these services creates expectations far higher than what is actually offered.

The building is pretty nice and the location is very convenient for walking around the center of Valletta. Breakfast isn’t included in the price. The shower flooded the entire bathroom. The terrace jacuzzi was only 40 °C, so unusable. The indoor pool was small and uncomfortable.
