The campsite is excellent, with good services, very convenient for families wanting to visit Alsace and Europapark, and there's a free boat on the Rhine that connects France and Germany in just a few minutes.

The mobile home’s location is good, away from the tent where the shows ran until late. I couldn’t get in touch with “Christelle”. From the moment we arrived I wanted to point out that two hinges on four were broken on the wardrobe doors in the master bedroom. I also saw many scratches on the bathroom door. Finally, the shower mixer seemed faulty: the water was either boiling or too cold, which kept us from using the shower during our stay. I sent an email that bounced back with “no reply”. I called the camp reception, but they couldn’t do anything because we had booked through Booking.

Everything was perfect. The owner, a nice lady.

Walking distance to the grocery store, perfect spot for a day at Europa Park, nice indoor pool, nice and functional mobile home. The indoor pool was a bit small, the outdoor one was close, and the bar was close.
