The location is excellent for exploring Sion and the surrounding area, the rooms are very clean, the roof terrace is lovely, and the breakfast buffet offers enough variety; the staff are very helpful and friendly, and despite the “traffic‑convenient location” the rooms are well sound‑insulated – I definitely recommend it. The only downside is the price; for a hotel with these basic amenities it’s a bit high, but that’s Switzerland.

The new building is very comfortable, close to the old town, and the large parking garage under the hotel is convenient, but there are only three hangers for two people and no drawers, which feels a bit sparse.

The location is good and the price‑to‑value ratio is excellent.

The hotel is an average Holiday Inn Express; the underground parking isn’t free but the fee is reasonable – I parked for about 17 hours and paid 15 Swiss francs. The breakfast is as simple as any Swiss hotel.
