The breakfast was decent and the hotel sits close to other tourist attractions, but the room was missing essential items such as towels and an electric kettle, forcing me to call the front desk several times. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and the staff showed a lack of basic courtesy by never greeting guests first. The guard offered no help opening doors while we carried a baby, and the charge of Php 387 for a broken coffee cup seemed unreasonable and petty. Aside from the location and breakfast, I would not recommend this place.
