The establishment is very pretty, far from the city and the noise. The staff are truly exceptional and take great care of us. The food is good, as are the juices. The room is very good and does the job. Good value for money. Swimming in the Nile is awesome! Getting there is a bit tricky with taxis, so I recommend doing the activities with them to avoid hassle. The manager is fantastic; my phone was stolen in Assouan at McDonald's and he helped me a lot with the police procedures… he is very kind and trustworthy.

A peaceful haven, impeccably clean and surrounded by nature. The setting is amazing for a stay, and the staff are perfect—friendly, pleasant, and especially helpful, with Fati always ensuring our comfort.

The surroundings are primitive yet beautiful, and the staff are quite good. The island’s facilities are probably limited, but the hotel has a unique character.

My friend and I had a blast at the Krouma camp! First off, the location is gorgeous and perfectly cut off from the city and traffic. We get to enjoy the relaxing sound of the Nile passing by or the sound of an Oud playing in the evening if you’re lucky ;). We swam in the Nile, which was so refreshing in the August heat. Also, the food is simply delicious. From the salads, to the simple chicken and rice to the traditional Nubian food, EVERYTHING was delicious. Even if you’re not staying overnight, the restaurant and the view are worth it. Finally, the staff is super friendly and welcoming - including the cats and dog running around. We are so grateful for the time we had at the Krouma camp and we are sending the whole team our best wishes
