I had a wonderful stay at Villa Champa Hotel. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel was a great place to come back to after exploring Luang Prabang. What really made my stay special, though, was the kindness and hospitality of the staff, especially Keota at reception. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my entire stay. She helped me organize all of my transfers and tours, made everything incredibly easy, and even shared some of her own favourite recommendations around Luang Prabang. Her recommendations made my experience feel much more personal and helped me discover places I probably wouldn’t have found on my own. Keota went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay, and I’m genuinely grateful for all her help. She is a huge asset to the hotel and represents the kind of hospitality that makes you remember a place long after you’ve left. I would absolutely recommend Villa Champa to anyone visiting Luang Prabang, especially those who appreciate warm, personal hospitality. Thank you, Keota, and the whole team for such a lovely stay!
