The quality of the bed, the cleanliness. The shower door is not big enough, it wets the floor.

Neighbors above our room were very, very noisy, drunk, singing, making a lot of noise all night. The problem is that the reception was closed, so you can’t reach anyone to restore order or change rooms, even though the hotel was far from full.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant staff, and the breakfast was good. However, there was noise from 3am to 5am and footsteps that made it impossible to sleep. The room was on the ground floor, so we had a large view‑through and had to stay in the dark or everyone outside could see us; extra curtains would have helped.
