“Very good location and very nice staff very recommended”
The location is very central and the AC works well, yet the elevator was out of order and it seemed like they had some trouble fixing it.

The elevator was broken and you had to climb five flights; the kitchen was on the sixth floor, the rooms were ugly, you were placed in a mixed‑gender dorm supposedly full of men and you were the only woman, there was no air in the common areas, the kitchen was locked at midnight and only opened at 8 am, so I had to sleep in the kitchen one night because I was the only woman in a room of seven men and the front‑desk staff responded that men walking around in boxer shorts in the dorm was a matter of coexistence and that was completely inappropriate.

The only good thing was the location; the elevator never worked, there was no social area, the common space was on the top floor (no lift), the AC was turned off and you had to request it to be turned on every few hours, and the bathrooms were quite dirty.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, but it seems they haven’t invested in repairs or maintenance since the building was constructed; the showers are impractical with very poor water pressure, there’s no ventilation so it’s scorching hot, while the room AC feels like Antarctica; the staff are nice, but the place is just awful, so you get what you pay for.

The staff were courteous and kind, the facilities were decent, and the bathrooms were fairly clean; the price was great for the location, but the broken elevator left us on the fourth floor, and towel changes weren’t done for four days so we had to reuse the same ones.
