“A chácara é muito boa, a vista é realmente maravilhosa mas precisa de ajustes e acessibilidade.”
The view is wonderful, the night sky was clear and starry, the internet and TV are good, the shower is great, waking up to birds is nice, the surroundings are quiet, and the long dirt road is an adventure. I’d recommend it more to young people who like pools and barbecues and don’t have mobility issues. Even though the bathroom has accessibility bars, the property itself isn’t accessible; I told the owner in advance that my husband uses a cane, yet he tripped on a step leading to the pool and house because he is taller than others. For wheelchair users or those with more mobility challenges, getting into the house is impossible or at least very hard. The front of the house was quite dirty and the street ramp to the garage needs refurbishment; you have to enter at the right angle or the car will slip on the loose stones and cement. The fridge was dirty, had other people’s items inside, two litres of milk were open, and a pot of oil was in the stove. The bedroom and bathroom doors have no handles, the bedroom window is only glass and the curtain is very thin, letting in a lot of light early. The ceiling has no plaster.
