“The hotel itself was beautiful and I would definitely come again.”
I loved the overall experience! We had a great time enjoying the views. The body wash in the shower smelled amazing and the check‑in process was a breeze. I liked the view of the pool and the added security at night, where guests could use their cards after a certain time to open the main doors. The only critique I want to note is that there is no sidewalk after self‑parking; we had to walk back on the road we came in through. The trash can in the bathroom was still filled with trash and sanitary pads when we arrived. We were also a little confused after checking in about where the elevators were; we ended up in the business hall and had to do a U‑turn with all of our luggage. The main problems were two things: we checked out late (which was completely our fault) but the staff that came to our door was very annoyed and left us with a bitter feeling. During check‑out we also waited in line thinking the people in front of us were still checking out, but the desk attendant just stood there talking with them about random things while we stood there with all of our belongings waiting for about 10 minutes.
