The staff were friendly, the room was clean with nice décor and a fresh feel. However, the room had no windows, which wasn’t advertised at all and felt wrong. The room door was right next to the kitchen, reception desk, and front door, and the wall between them was very thin.

The place was cozy and beautiful! The only downside was having to leave.

Room service was excellent, and we received plenty of towels, which was great. The make‑up washcloths were appreciated, and the bar offered nice views. The room had no windows, so it was very dark, like a cave. One light fixture, right above a twin‑size bed, didn’t have a lamp, which I found disturbing.

The lake view was great, but bugs in the room and a glass door that didn’t feel secure made me skip breakfast.

The room was spotless and the lake view from the patio was amazing; the gardens are still under construction but will look beautiful once finished, though the early season meant few staff were available and we ran out of toilet paper with nobody to help.
