We only stayed briefly because the airport closed, so we had to leave early, but the place still scored a perfect 10/10 for comfort, cleanliness, and especially Giulia at reception who was friendly and handled every question with great professionalism.

The rooms were spacious and the private parking was convenient, but the location is outside the city centre.

The room was comfortable, modern, and overall high quality—especially the mattress—yet the toilet didn't allow flushing toilet paper, which is inconvenient and unhygienic; an urgent solution is needed.
