The staff were amazing, the room was large with a big bed, and I loved the bathroom window. The restaurant and room service were also really good, and the gym and pool were a plus. It’s a bit far from everything, but grab is not a real problem.

The staff were great, but the bathroom wasn’t clean and I ended up paying for ice.

The cleanliness was poor; we asked for a room change for the two booked. It’s a shame the hotel is so poorly maintained because it could have a lot of potential. The toilets still had marks from previous guests, and the staff equipment was far worse than what travelers expect.

The facilities were very nice, the little coffee shop was great, and the buffet offered good value, but the hotel is a bit far from the beach and the shuttle bus only runs once a day.
