“Bilik luas tapi kotor”
The lift was present, but the place was too dirty and greasy – my foot turned black, and I had to mop it with a hotel towel, which ended up black too; parking outside the hotel was difficult.

The location of this hotel was actually pretty convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, the facilities were a different story. The toilet and towel rack were rusty, and the cupboard had cobwebs and was dusty. It was a bit of a letdown, to be honest.

The location of this hotel was good, and the heater and hot water were nice, but the air conditioning was a pain to adjust and made the room uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the whole experience was just no good.

I'm still trying to process the state of this hotel. The bed bugs were a nightmare, and to make matters worse, the place was filthy. There was dust everywhere, and I'm not even exaggerating. It was like they didn't bother to clean the rooms at all. The bed bugs were the worst part, though - I've never had a problem like that in a hotel before.

On the plus side, the facilities worked, including the hot shower and air conditioning, and the location was extremely convenient with easy access to the 2nd link. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful, although it might be a good idea to learn some Malay if you plan to stay here. However, the room was a different story altogether - it was a real letdown. The sheets were stained with lizard poop, there were cobwebs everywhere, and the air conditioning pipe was leaking nonstop.
