Расположение апартаментов прекрасно. Очень чисто. В комнате не хватает розеток. Матрас не очень удобный. В кухне практически не возможно позавтракать если не приобрели завтрак вместе с ночлегом. Один из ночников не работал

Sarebbe utile avere a disposizione le istruzioni per accendere il televisore: un po' complicato!!!! L'acqua calda in doccia va e viene, non confortevole quando sotto la doccia Il sanitric del wc sono molto rumorosi

The location is great in the heart of Vomero, close to the metro and funicular; the room was clean and quiet. However, the description on Booking split rooms into city view and courtyard view. I chose city view, but at check‑in I was told they all face the inner courtyard. The price summary listed 105 euros, but 116 euros were charged as shown in the earlier screenshot. These discrepancies need to be fixed. The air conditioning is noisy.

The room overall looks nice, but we had no hot water – the shower only lasted about two minutes before it turned cold, and there was a strange noise in the bathroom when we used the toilet that we couldn’t identify. We also didn’t get a warm welcome; a little less arrogance and more patience would be good, especially since not everyone is a tourist in Naples and people come for different reasons.

The location and politeness were great, but breakfast wasn’t included and the soundproofing was weak.
