“Good location. Basic facilities @ a reasonable price”
The location is fine, but the facilities leave something to be desired.

There were no toilet rolls in the toilets of the function rooms and no hand soap. Only one elevator was operational, and in the morning it took at least 10 minutes to wait for it.

The building is a grand Victorian structure with friendly staff, and the location is convenient, but there’s no dining option. The bar is severely understocked—no wine or mixers—and with only one card machine we waited 10 minutes to order a drink from an empty bar. Breakfast was below average, the coffee wasn’t fresh, and there was no telephone in the room. The reception didn’t answer our mobile call for 30 minutes. Parking next door is a poorly lit multi‑storey lot that felt trapped inside, and the hotel manager had to unlock the gates.

The location is perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful; Madhu went above and beyond, making my weekend end on a high note.
